BT has said they are sceptical about results that put them at the bottom of a customer satisfaction poll. While other telecoms providers, who performed better, were unsurprisingly positive.
The newest entrant into this competitive market, Sky, was voted best provider. With 85 percent of its customers satisfied, Sky came top of 7 out the 11 categories.
TalkTalk by the CarPhone Warehouse also performed well and topped the "value for money" category for the fourth consecutive time.
Consumers spend 5 billion pounds on their home phone every year, despite the rise of the mobile. Consumer champion Your Home Bills are advocates of the smaller operator where they reckon you can get the best deals and save hundreds of pounds, especially if you compromise on paper bills, commit to DD payments and take line rental as well as a call package for the term of the contract.
