Great news for gadget / gimmick junkies - US software developer Orb Networks has announced that it has enabled streaming live TV to the iPhone and iPod Touch. So Iusers can enjoy live TV on the bus – brilliant.

OrbLive is the special application developed by Orb to get around the iPhone’s limitations on supported video formats.

Live TV on the Iphone may have real pull for customers who wanting to watch live events probably sports or news as most other shows can be downloaded.
However call us scincel but I can’t imagine a huge demand as, as TV on the Go has never really proved that popular. But you never know.
